01 Acceptance of These Terms

By opening or using a JILICROWN account, reviewing available games, making a deposit or joining a promotion, you confirm that you have read the relevant information and understand your responsibilities. 03 Account Registration and Access

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

JILICROWN supports deposits in Philippine Peso through GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard, and BTC, ETH or USDT. Available limits and charges depend on the payment method: GCash and bank transfers have no listed JILICROWN fee, while PayMaya carries a 1% fee, cards carry a 2% fee, and cryptocurrency carries a 1% fee.

Most deposits are reflected promptly, depending on the payment channel. GCash deposits are listed with processing of about two minutes, PayMaya deposits about five minutes, bank transfers as immediate, card payments within 24 hours, and cryptocurrency transactions within one hour. If your balance is not updated after the expected period, contact support and include your transaction reference. Delays caused by a payment provider may be outside JILICROWN's control.

• The minimum deposit is ₱50 for GCash. Other payment methods have their own published minimums, starting at ₱100 for PayMaya, ₱150 for Visa or Mastercard, and ₱300 for BTC, ETH or USDT.
• Use a payment account or card held in your own name when funding your JILICROWN account. Make sure the details you submit match the information required for payment verification.
• JILICROWN does not support deposits made through another person's payment account or on behalf of a different player.
• For responsible participation, JILICROWN may apply account deposit limits. Review the available controls in your account settings and choose limits that match your budget.
• A completed deposit may not always be reversible. If you enter the wrong amount or use incorrect payment details, contact JILICROWN support as soon as possible and provide the transaction information.

05 Payment Processing

JILICROWN lists GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard, and BTC, ETH or USDT among its supported payment channels. Withdrawal availability, processing time, limits and applicable charges may vary by method and account review. Check the current instructions shown in your JILICROWN account before submitting a request.

JILICROWN may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. 06 Game Participation and Fair Play

Every wager on JILICROWN is governed by the rules for the applicable sport, game, or betting market. The relevant rules are shown on the corresponding game or market page. Confirming a wager means you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood those rules.

JILICROWN may cancel a wager affected by a technical issue, inaccurate odds, or a system fault. When a wager is voided for this reason, the original stake will be credited back to your account. Maximum stake limits may also be applied to any market at any time.

• A wager becomes final as soon as it is confirmed. After confirmation, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or adjusted.
• If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, the wager will be settled under the rules published for that particular market.
• JILICROWN's settlement decision for a wager is final and binding.

07 Promotions, Rebates and VIP Rewards

JILICROWN may make promotions and bonuses available to new and existing players from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, which may include wagering requirements, expiry periods, and restrictions on eligible games. These promotion-specific conditions are published with the offer and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

A wagering requirement explains how much must be wagered before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. For instance, a 10x requirement means that the total value of qualifying wagers must equal ten times the bonus amount before a withdrawal may be requested.

• Promotional funds are kept in a separate bonus balance. They cannot be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• Unless the promotion states otherwise, only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time.
• JILICROWN may end or remove a bonus offer at any time without giving advance notice.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits Choose the highest amount you may deposit within a single day, week, or month. Lowering a limit applies immediately, while raising one is subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Reminders Choose how long a gaming session may continue. JILICROWN will send a reminder when the selected session period has ended, helping you take a timely break.
• Cooling-Off Period Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Deposits and bets will not be available while the selected break is active.
• Self-Exclusion Request account self-exclusion for at least six months. The restriction begins immediately and cannot be cancelled or reversed before the chosen exclusion period ends.

09 Restricted and Unlawful Conduct

The following conduct is not allowed on JILICROWN. Any breach may lead to immediate account suspension, the loss of relevant balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities where required.

• Creating or maintaining more than one JILICROWN account.
• Submitting information that is false, incomplete, or misleading during registration or account verification.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or similar software to access or operate the JILICROWN platform.
• Taking advantage of software defects, technical errors, or security weaknesses to obtain an unfair benefit.
• Working with other players to influence game results, betting markets, or platform activity unfairly.
• Using JILICROWN to launder money or support any other unlawful financial transaction.
• Trying to enter or control another player's account without proper permission.
• Using your own account to place bets for another individual.
• Taking part in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any related attempt to influence an event improperly.
• Threatening, harassing, intimidating, or abusing JILICROWN staff or fellow players.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

JILICROWN may suspend or close an account, with or without advance notice, when there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, prohibited conduct has occurred, or the account presents a risk to the platform's integrity.

If we suspend your account, we will notify you through the email address linked to it. Where appropriate, you may be invited to explain or respond to the reason for the suspension before a final outcome is reached. However, serious violations such as fraud, money laundering, or bot use may lead to immediate account closure without advance notice.

• You may request the closure of your JILICROWN account at any time by getting in touch with our support team.
• If you choose to close your account, any remaining real-money balance will be sent back through your registered payment method.
• Any bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will not be returned when the account is closed.
• Where an account is closed because of a breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account will not be returned.

11 JILICROWN Content and Brand Rights

You must not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, or adapt any of these materials without prior written permission.

The JILICROWN name, logo, and visual identity are registered trademarks. Using the JILICROWN brand without authorisation, whether on social media, external websites, or marketing materials, is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

12 Service Limitations

JILICROWN makes the platform available on an "as is" basis. We take reasonable steps to support reliable service and uptime, but continuous availability and freedom from technical faults cannot be guaranteed. JILICROWN will not be responsible for losses caused by downtime, technical problems, or service interruptions.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, JILICROWN's total liability for any claim connected with your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited during the 30 days before the claim arose. JILICROWN will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
